At The Modern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking codes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
